Kimberly is the owner, hairstylist, & makeup artist of Shear Colour. She worked behind the chair for five years until a great opportunity came towards her. She got to open her dream salon with her talented stylists by her side! She thrives for her business and her team. She is always learning and making sure everyone that walks in the door is greeted and leaves feeling beautiful. Kimberly specializes in matrix color and airbrush makeup. She loves the creative and unique affects for any and all color services. She loves the way airbrush makeup has a soft, smooth, perfect base but also has the ability to make it dramatic. When Kimberly is not behind the chair or running her salon, she is always with her son & husband!

Natalya has been working in the beauty industry for twenty five years, ever since she moved to the United States. She’s worked with Matrix, Aveda, Logics and Goldwell. Numerous hair celebrities such as Toni & Guy, Paul Mitchell and Matrix Educator, Renee Edwards, have taught her color and haircut techniques. Her main passion is men’s cuts as well as pixie cuts where her creativeness comes through using different hair techniques. In Natalya’s free time, you can find her in her garden growing vegetables and planting flowers. She also enjoys relaxing with yoga and gym classes.

Kaitlyn started her hair career right out of high school and is now our very own full time stylist! She started with us in September of 2019 as an assistant & graduated her way up to a full time stylist by 2021! Kate specializes in both long haircuts and balayage. She also has a passion for everything Keratin, as she has curly hair & knows how to handle the frizzy mess. Kate has all the tools and personality to sit in her chair! 

Koryn has always had a love for hair! She has been educated in Redken, Muk, Matrix and Goldwell. She is a curly certified stylist, specializing in curly cuts and curly hair color. If you need anything that has to do with curls, Koryn is your girl! She is also certified in Weft Hair Extensions, schedule your free consultation today! At home, she has a husband, Tom, two dogs, Kobe and Harli, and a ferret named Cinnamon Buns. On her off days, she enjoys hikes and of of course lounging on the couch! Football Sundays are her favorite and she loves cheering on the Yankees in the spring!

Vivian has been in the Hair Industry for twenty years. She started working as an assistant in high school and is now one of our busiest stylists. Vivian loves the hair industry so much that she is currently also working for the Somerset Vocational School as a cosmetology teacher. Her love for teaching and being a hairstylist will never end! Her favorite elements of hair are creating blondes and transforming frizzy, damaged hair into a healthy and smooth style with our Keratin Treatments. She also is our very own updo queen! She has the eye and patience to make any updo elegant for any event. Since she is a teacher, further education is super important to her. She has been taught by numerous Matrix Hair Color and Haircut specialists, like her very own mentor, Renee Edwards. 

​Joanne has been working as a hairstylist since she graduated cosmetology school in 1986. Since then she has been committed to continuing her education, attending various classes, workshops and seminars with leaders in the beauty industry. She thrives on the creative aspect of her works and loves getting to meet new clients everyday. She has the best clientele who have been with her since she was seventeen! Joanne is a master of razor haircuts, as she is not afraid of making your hair light, piecey and big! On Joanne’s day off she works as a yoga instructor at the JCC in Bridgewater!

Megan attended cosmetology school at RVCC and graduated after the pandemic, March of 2021. She has always loved being creative and uses her work as an outlet to express herself. She's passionate about keeping up with the newest trends and techniques. Megan loves all her blonde clients, but especially loves vivid colors, as you can see she did this fabulous coral with bright blonde money pieces on herself! She also has a love for formal styles & updos for any event. Megan recently got certified in Weft hair extensions to transform your hair for thickness, length or color without commitment. Molly started with us in August of 2022 and has worked up to become a stylist! While she is great to talk to with her bubbly personality, she'll always make sure you leave feeling beautiful as ever. Molly not only does all things hair, but she also specializes in Classic, Hybrid and Volume Eyelash Extensions! Taking all traits into consideration, Molly will make sure you leave with the perfect style. With keeping up on the latest trends and education, she spends her free time enjoying it with her puppy Chanel! Come see Molly for a wonderful salon experience!

Welcome Gina and her loyal clients to Shear Colour. Gina was recommended by two of our staff at Shear Colour. She needed to find a professional, friendly and knowledgeable salon for herself and her clients. We are so happy to have her! She has been licensed and working in a hair salon since 2003! She always knew this was her career since she was a little girl. Her favorite aspects in the industry are color, updo and bridal services! She married her husband in 2016 after dating 12 years and they now have a five year old son. She is a busy woman- volunteers twice a year for the VNA Rummage Sale, Secretary for the Middlesex Borough Environmental Commission and lastly enjoys volunteering for the PTO. Hi I'm Bethany! I've been behind the chair since 2016 and I love making you feel beautiful! My favorite services are hard to choose, but if I had to pick a few, I'd say dimensional color and blonding services. When I'm not in the salon working with my favorite team, I'm either traveling, hanging out in the garage with my husband Zach and my dogs, or reading a book! Can't wait to see you in my chair soon!

Welcome Gee to Shear Colour! Gee has had a passion for cosmetology since attending Vo-Tech High School in the suburbs of Philadelphia. Immediately graduating, she obtained her Cosmetology Instructor License & taught cosmetology in South Caroline and Delaware for several years. She then decided to move to NJ and thats when she began her decade long career traveling from coast to coast with Graham Webb International. In this capacity, she performed stage work and in-salon training programs. Gee is always most comfortable behind the chair and she's so appreciative of the bonds and relationships she has formed and continues to form over the years with her clients. When she's not behind the chair, Gee enjoys visiting her family in PA, especially her granddaughters. She also loves to walk, ride a bicycle and dancing!

Hi my name is Yuliana! I graduated from Somerset Vo-tech and got my cosmetology license in 2023. I am eagerly working on getting my own chair at Shear Colour. I am taking all the necessary skills to keep up with the latest trends and techniques. I love everything about the beauty industry, specifically the creativeness as a stylist. Currently, I am also in the process of becoming a RN as well as pursue a career in Med Spa. Hoping in the future, Shear Colour will add on Med Spa practices such as botox and fillers. My focus is to make every client happy, feel beautiful and have the confident to walk out those doors. I am currently taking guests on Tuesdays & Saturdays. I cannot wait to meet you in my chair!
